However, to ensure we have dedicated time to assist you with samples or discuss your project in detail, we recommend scheduling an appointment beforehand. Our standard turnaround time is typically 5–10 business days after artwork approval and payment. We know that deadlines in the event and corporate world can change quickly, so we always aim to be as fast as possible. Yes! While we ship print, custom apparel and promotional products across Canada, we are proudly locally owned and operated. We offer local delivery options, or you can save on shipping by picking up your order free of charge at our Kanata production facility (215 Terence Matthews Cres, Unit 4). We regularly serve clients across Stittsville, Manotick, Orleans, and the entire National Capital Region.
To ensure your custom embroidery or screen printing looks crisp and professional, we recommend supplying Vector files (files ending in .AI, .EPS, or .PDF). These files allow us to scale your logo to any size without losing quality. If you only have a standard image file (.JPG or .PNG), our in-house design team can help convert your files to print-ready formats to ensure the best result.
For print files - PDF format is the best option, but we can also accept source files (Illustrator, InDesign, Affinity Studio.)
