1. Overview

ASAPpm provides custom sticker printing services based in Ontario, Canada. These terms apply to all users and clients of our website and services.

2. Custom Order Process

Our business operates on a quote-based system:

  • Quote Requests: Customers may request a quote for custom stickers by providing project specifications.
  • Approval & Payment: All quotes are subject to review. A quote constitutes an invitation to treat and is not a binding contract until accepted by the customer. Once you formally accept a quote, you will be directed to our payment portal. Payment must be received in full before production commences.
  • Final Proofs: For custom orders, we may provide a digital proof. It is the customer’s responsibility to review all proofs for spelling, design, and sizing errors. We are not responsible for errors in approved proofs.

3. Pricing and Taxes

  • Pricing: All prices are quoted in CAD unless otherwise specified.
  • Taxes: As we are based in Ontario, we are required to charge the Harmonized Sales Tax (HST) on all orders where applicable, based on the shipping destination.

4. Production and Shipping

  • Turnaround: Production times are estimates and begin only after we have received both your payment and final approval of any provided proofs.
  • Shipping: We ship from our facility in Ontario. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs/border processes where applicable.

5. Returns and Cancellations

  • Custom Goods: Because our stickers are custom-made to your specifications, we do not offer refunds or returns once the order has entered the production phase.
  • Errors: If there is a manufacturing defect or an error on our part regarding your specifications, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can rectify the issue.

6. Intellectual Property

By submitting artwork, logos, or designs to ASAPpm, you represent and warrant that you hold all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to use said materials. You agree to indemnify and hold ASAPpm harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from a breach of this warranty.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall ASAPpm, its owners, or employees be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order in question.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes shall be resolved within the courts of Ontario.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
