At ASAPpm, all our products are custom-printed to order. Because these items are uniquely created for you, we maintain a Final Sale policy.

No Returns or Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, sizing errors, or preference. Please double-check your order details and design previews before finalizing your purchase.

Screen Printing and Embroidery

A rejection rate of up to 2% by quality control members is considered a normal and standard rate in a high quality printing shop; we will not be held responsible for damaged goods, nor will these be replaced or refunded.

Goods supplied by the customer (Non-industry suppliers) are decorated at your own risk. NO EXCEPTIONS TO THIS POLICY; Machine or human error.

Quality Guarantee & Reprints

While we don’t offer refunds, we are committed to providing a high-quality product. If your order arrives with any of the following issues, we will prioritize a free reprint of your items:

  • Manufacturing Defects: Issues with the physical product itself.
  • Print Errors: Significant deviations from your submitted design or printing glitches.
  • Shipping Damage: Items that arrived damaged during transit.

How to Request a Reprint

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us at sales@asappm.com within 14 days of delivery. To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

  1. Your Order Number.
  2. A brief description of the problem.
  3. Photos of the quality issue or damage.

Note: Approved reprints will be shipped using the original shipping method selected. We do not offer cash refunds for print errors, only replacements.
