A rejection rate of up to 2% by quality control members is considered a normal and standard rate in a high quality printing shop; we will not be held responsible for damaged goods, nor will these be replaced or refunded.
Our pricing is determined by three main factors:
Quantity: The total number of items you are ordering. (We offer price breaks at quantities like 24, 48, 72, 144, etc.)
Number of Colors: The number of ink colors in your design (up to 4 colors).
Print Locations: Whether you are printing on just the front, or also on the back or sleeves. Note: Pricing is subject to change due to market conditions for materials.
Yes, there is a screen setup fee of $15.00 per color for standard orders. This fee covers the labor and materials required to prepare the screens, coat them with emulsion, and expose your design for printing.
Yes, our minimum order quantity is 24 units. While we can accommodate smaller runs in some cases, please note that additional setup charges will apply for orders below the minimum. We also offer heat transfer and DFT services for smaller quantities. Contact us for a quote!
Yes, we can print on supplied items. However, please note that pricing for supplied goods differs from our standard packages. "Supplied Item" pricing adds 30% to the standard print cost, and the screen setup fee increases to $25.00 per color.
Payment terms will be confirmed when you place your order. Generally, for new clients, payment is required before production begins. We accept major credit cards and other standard payment methods.
Vector files (such as .AI, .EPS, or .PDF) with all fonts converted to outlines. If you only have raster images (like .JPG or .PNG), they will need to be converted to a vector format.
No problem! We have an in-house design team that can help create or fix your artwork. Our artwork service rate is $95.00 per hour.
Yes, we can match specific branding colors. If you have a specific Pantone (PMS) color code, please let us know when ordering so we can mix the ink to match your requirements.
Yes! As long as the design (including the size and ink color) remains exactly the same across all garments, you can mix different shirt sizes and colors to reach the minimum quantity or a better price break.
